My Daily Routines

Sounds more complex than it is and I dont manage 100% on all days but most of the steps are now habit and cost little/ no will power or energy.

Daily start

  • 5:26 – waking up with sunrise light from Phlips
  • Freshen up, including fresh air
  • 10 pull ups, refreshing drink
  • 30 min Yoga
  • Guided Meditation (current)
  • Journaling
  • Celery based smoothie and green tea
  • Daily plan – top three for the day
  • Reading / learning

Work out

  • 3 x week running (~7 km, 5.1m/ km)
  • 3 x week complete body workout (~50 min)

Learn

  • Minimum 30 min/ day reading – see my learning assets

Shutting Down

  • Journaling
  • Open meditation with nature sounds
  • Screen time activates at 21:00
  • Reading low light
