Sounds more complex than it is and I dont manage 100% on all days but most of the steps are now habit and cost little/ no will power or energy.
Daily start
- 5:26 – waking up with sunrise light from Phlips
- Freshen up, including fresh air
- 10 pull ups, refreshing drink
- 30 min Yoga
- Guided Meditation (current)
- Journaling
- Celery based smoothie and green tea
- Daily plan – top three for the day
- Reading / learning
Work out
- 3 x week running (~7 km, 5.1m/ km)
- 3 x week complete body workout (~50 min)
